Как правильно дышать под водой?

Спасибо за интересный сайт про дайвинг (http://XN--80AEDBWE4A.XN--P1AI). Прочитала внимательно и даже нашла несколько ответов на вопросы, которые почему-то не рассматривались у нас во время занятий.

Но у меня все еще есть один вопрос, с которым никак не могу справиться сама. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как правильно дышать под водой?
Я прошла курсы, и даже немножко уже поплавала на Красном море в Египте с группой. Но столкнулась с проблемой, что у меня быстрее всех заканчивается воздуж в баллоне. Моя напарница говорила, что я, наверное, неправильно дышу под водой. Но сказать, как правильно, затруднилась. Она сама, по ее словам, просто дышит, как обычно, и все.

Вот я и хочу узнать, как же все таки, действительно правильно дышать под водой? Понемножку, или наоборот глубоко? Или, может, правильнее, по чуть-чуть задерживать дыхание...

Под водой правильно дышать глубоко, размеренно и медленно.
Как ни странно, если дышать глубоко, а двигаться лениво и не спеша, воздуха в баллоне хватает намного больше и можно проплыть дальше, чем если активно работать ластами.

Также под водой нужно постараться не только правильно и глубоко дышать, но успокоиться и не допускать страха. Если будете волноваться или бояться, вы тоже будете дышать учащенно и расходовать больше воздуха. Нужно постараться максимально расслабиться, и тогда все будет хорошо.
